Terms of Purchase
Effective when you complete a purchase on turnouttickets.com
What You're Buying
When you purchase a ticket through Turnout, you are buying directly from the event promoter — not from Turnout. Turnout Ltd operates the technology platform at turnouttickets.com. We process the transaction, generate your ticket, and deliver your confirmation. The promoter is responsible for the event itself, including its content, timing, venue, and line-up.
Your ticket is a digital entry token. It includes a unique QR code which is your proof of purchase and your means of entry. Do not share your QR code — it can only be scanned once.
What You're Paying
Your total at checkout consists of two parts: Ticket Price (set by the promoter, paid to the promoter) and Booking Fee (charged by Turnout for platform services). The ticket price goes to the event promoter via Stripe. The booking fee is Turnout's charge for processing your transaction, generating your ticket, and delivering your confirmation.
Refunds
The booking fee is non-refundable. Turnout's service is complete the moment you receive your order confirmation.
If an event is cancelled by the promoter, you are entitled to a full refund of the ticket price from the promoter. If an event is rescheduled or materially changed, the promoter should offer you the option to attend or receive a refund.
Turnout does not issue refunds on behalf of promoters. Contact support@turnouttickets.com if you cannot reach the promoter.
Change of mind: Tickets for live events are generally exempt from the 14-day cooling-off period under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 (Regulation 28(1)(h)).
Your Consumer Rights
Your purchase is protected under UK law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015. The event must match what was described at the time of purchase. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
Your Data
When you purchase a ticket, we collect your name, email address, and payment information. Your payment is processed securely by Stripe. Turnout does not store your full card details. Your name and email will be shared with the event promoter. Full details are in our Privacy Policy at turnouttickets.com/privacy.
Entry & Admission
Your ticket grants you entry subject to the promoter's and venue's terms of admission. The promoter and venue have the right to refuse entry for reasons including failure to meet age requirements, intoxication, or behaviour that poses a risk to safety. Turnout has no control over venue access or door policy.
Turnout's Role & Liability
Turnout Ltd provides the ticketing technology. We are not the event organiser, promoter, or venue operator. Turnout's liability is limited to the booking fee paid. Nothing excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.

Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
By completing your purchase you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms of Purchase. This agreement is formed at the point of transaction.
